The attached list represents the titles of relevant files created at Professional Services Review between 1 July and 31 dec 2009, excluding:
| i. | files transferred to the National Archives of Australia; |
| ii. | case related files, for example, personal representations or those dealing with the personal affairs of PSR clients or taxpayers; |
| iii. | files essentially related to the internal administration of PSR, for example, staff or personnel files including individuals engaged as consultants; |
| iv. | files with national security classification of 'Secret' or higher; and |
| v. | file titles from which it is apparent that particular matters have been, or are to be, considered by Cabinet as well as those titles which would disclose its deliberations and decisions. This accords with longstanding principles about the deliberations of Cabinet. |
