This section of the PSR Website is intended to assist users to identify and locate the main legal source materials for PSR - such as legislation, parliamentary papers, regulations, guidelines, and court and tribunal decisions. It is no substitute for legal advice and the accuracy of all material should be checked with primary sources.

Users may also access those materials through the home pages for relevant sites as follows:

2. High and Federal Court decisions at AustLII
3. Parliamentary materials at Senate Hansard or House of Representatives Hansard.
