the Explanatory Statement.
Health Insurance Commission Regulations (Amendment) - 1994 No.257 which commenced on 28 July 1994 and the
Explanatory Statement.
Note also
Health Insurance Regulation 24 in force under the Health Insurance Act 1973 updated as at 30 May 1994
concerning allowances for witnesses at hearings before a Professional Services Review Committee.
The current consolidated regulations relevant to the PSR scheme are the Health Insurance (Professional Services
Review) Regulations - 1999 No.258 as amended (as these are updated from time to time, see Comlaw for the latest version).
