Information technology
During the year several information technology projects were undertaken. These included implementing a new disaster recovery infrastructure, designing and implementing a new intranet site, installing email markings according to the ACSI 33 standards, and upgrading to a new virtualised server environment.
Information technology support is provided in-house; Infront Systems, an external provider, assists with third-level information technology support. During the year, LNB Computing provided continual support and upgrades to MALCOLM, a customised database for tracking and reporting all stages of referrals.
