Quantifiable Contingencies

At 30 June 2007 PSR did not have any quantifiable contingencies.

Unquantifiable Contingencies

At 30 June 2007 PSR had been awarded costs in a number of legal cases in respect to successful investigations into inappropriate practice. The amounts owing are yet to be quantified by the courts.

Remote Contingencies

At 30 June 2007 PSR did not have any remote contingencies.
