Certified Agreement and Australian Workplace Agreements
As at 30 June 2008, 11 PSR staff were on Australian Workplace Agreements, most of which will expire during 2008–09, and the pay and conditions of 14 staff continued to be governed by the terms of PSR’s Certified Agreement. PSR intends to develop a new Collective Agreement later in 2008.
For those staff on Australian Workplace Agreements, the salary ranges in Table 8 formed the starting point for negotiating salary rates.
