Corporate governance
During the year PSR conducted a tender process to secure expert assistance to review and redevelop its risk management and governance plans, policies and guidelines. A contractor was engaged to review and redevelop the following plans for PSR:
- business continuity
- fraud control
- intellectual property
- privacy
- record keeping
- risk management
- security.
The revised plans will be finalised by December 2008.
