Management Committee
The Management Committee, comprising the Director, the Executive Officer and the unit managers, meets monthly.
As PSR is a small agency, its Management Committee performs a range of roles that might be performed by specialist committees in larger organisations. The committee’s agenda varies depending on current issues but regularly covers:
- business planning and monitoring
- corporate governance
- finances
- human resources
- internal audit and audit committee activities
- occupational health and safety
- operational issues
- stakeholder management.
The committee’s key focus during the year was its review of PSR’s business processes and subsequent refinement of work practices, job descriptions and team structures.
