Quantifiable Contingencies
At 30 June 2008 PSR had some quantifiable contingencies relating to court cases expected to be awarded in favour of PSR.
The Schedule of Contingencies shows the total of contingent assets in respect of 2008 of $101,800 (2007: $0). PSR provides that it is reasonable to expect that most of these costs will be recovered, however these costs are only an estimate as the cases have not been finalised.
