Access to information
Like all Australian government agencies subject to the Freedom of Information Act 1982, PSR must publish a range of information on its website as part of the Information Publication Scheme.
This includes the agency's structure, functions, appointments, annual reports, consultation arrangements and details of its FOI officer. Information routinely released from FOI requests and provided to parliament must also be published.
Please follow the links below to find this information on the PSR website.
How we comply with the Information Publication Scheme is detailed in our Information Publication Scheme Plan.

The Department of Health and Aged Care administers the Health Insurance Act 1973 and runs public consultation about matters relating to the PSR Scheme. PSR does not run public consultation, however we regularly liaise with other stakeholders such as the Department of Health and Aged Care, Services Australia and the AMA.
Read our most recent Corporate plan to find out more about our priorities.
PSR complies with the Commonwealth Procurement Rules and the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013.
